Bethany purchased her first home in her mid 20’s and started renting out its extra space. This venture not only covered her mortgage but became a source of secondary income. Her personal experience ignited a passion help others use homes as a means for financial freedom. Bethany excels at guiding clients in how to achieve long term goals and finding creative ways to put them in homes they love. In addition to helping find big client wins, Bethany is also passionate about helping other Realtors find their niche, establish momentum and work together to stay innovative.
